Davie (a township of Broward County) is an elite equestrian town located approximately thirty minutes from Miami and Fort Lauderdale and just twenty minutes from the popular Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino.  This luxury home is also within twenty minutes of beaches and boating. 

In 2006, the U.S. Census Bureau estimated the city's population at 84,350.[3] It is part of the South Florida metropolitan area, which is home to 5,463,857 people.[6]

Davie has A-1 rated schools and is also the home of the Miami Dolphins practice field located at the Nova Southeastern University campus; a top university in Florida.  Other educational institutions have campuses in Davie, including: Florida Atlantic University and Florida International University, University of Florida, Broward College and  ITT Technical Institute.  Davie also offers six private schools including a Montessori School.
